Arrow Electronics is a Fortune 125 business providing electronic components and related services, with revenues of over $23 billion and a global network of 460+ locations.
I came on board to review the UX for the recently launched Arrow website where I was responsible for creating a strategic approach to UX for the future and help to optimise conversion rates.
Additionally, I was responsible for embedding the UX approach within BIO’s multidisciplinary team for future enhancements as well as conducting user tests and research to gather user insights and then create feasible solutions for production.
