Creating a Webby Honoured app for social health care and providing a new way to ‘Care Better’.
Lead UX @ Splendid Unlimited [Contractor]
Cera Care is a nationwide home care provider. The project I led was to create an app for both customers (families of patients) and carers which facilitates Cera’s mission to provide high quality, transparent care to hundreds of service users.
The application is supported by the SmartCare platform which uses Artificial Intelligence to detect health risks before they occur and getting the right care earlier.
I led a team of five people made up of UX, UI and brand designers. I am extremely hands on so in-addition to the UX design I was responsible for structuring the project, communicating with the client, getting buy-in and collaborating with the development teams.
